Dontcha hate when life piles on top of you? The past year has been the fastest year of my entire life. Last summer flew by, I don't even want to talk about how quick freshman year passed me by, and the first month of summer break is already over. I'm two weeks into my online summer history class, which is terrible, and all the work has been procrastinated into today. I still have a three page paper to write, as well as 2-3 paragraphs about a primary source. I have poor self planning skills, and next week the goal is to not end up like this week.

On the bright side, TOMORROW I'M GOING TO NORTHPORT, LONG ISLAND AND SEEING TWO OF MY FAV GIRLS! I can't wait, if you can't tell. Hopefully I can handle the train adventure by myself and not get lost in Penn Station like I'm anticipating.

You have four years to be irresponsible here. Relax. Work is for people with jobs. You'll never remember the class time but you will remember time you wasted hanging out with your friends. So stay out late. Go out on a Tuesday when you have a paper due Wednesday. Spend money you don't have. Drink till sunrise. The work never ends, but college does...
